Creamy Mango Smoothie

Quick and easy smoothie with tofu, milk, mango and flaxseed oil!
- 1 cup (250 mL) peach mango flavoured tofu
- 1 cup (250 mL) 1% milk
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and pitted
- 4 tsp (20 mL) flaxseed oil
- In a blender, add tofu, milk, mango and flaxseed oil.
- Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve immediately.
Yield: 2 smoothies.
Serving Size: 1 1/2 cup (375 mL). Each serving contains 1/4 tsp (1 mL) of flaxseed oil.
